What is in an ACV gummy

Apple cider vinegar is the fermented juice of crushed apples. Plenty of people take a spoonful a day and dislike the taste; a gummy gives you the vinegar without it.

The BHB complex is beta-hydroxybutyrate, a ketone, and the beetroot juice powder is dried beetroot juice. Both sit in the same apple gummy as the vinegar.
